4 Helpful Benefits to Laugh!

Laugh at least 5 minutes per day.

They say that laughter is the best medicine. Many studies have risen which have proven to be advocates of this matter. Research has power over this adage, and that is the reason why many people choose to believe it.

However, I do not want you guys to look to laughter as a cure. People often see it as medicine, or as a form of alternative treatment. Instead, think of it as a precautionary measure. See it as you see fruits and vegetables, or as you see a healthy lifestyle, or as you consider what exercise is supposed to do.

It is not something that is supposed to be a cure. It is something that is supposed to prevent diseases from rearing their ugly heads.

I’m sure all of you would be asking yourself by now: Why do I need to laugh everyday? Will it be able to serve many purposes?

Well then, in response to that thought, I believe that laughing at something is a habit that one needs to have. Of course this doesn’t mean that you are supposed to laugh at overly serious matters. It just means that poking fun at something irritable might decrease your annoyance and cause you to do positive thinking in the long run.

Here are some benefits of laughter:

* Body relaxation: Relieves stress and tension pent up in the body.
* Immune system booster: Decreases stress and increases immunity.
* Endorphin trigger: Endorphins relieve pain and make the body feel good.
* Relationship strengthener: Increases bonding time with loved ones.

So what are you waiting for? Feeling gloomy? Feeling sad? Feeling like all the energy is being drained out of your body? Seems like you’re drifting away from the people you love?

Rent a funny movie, share funny jokes, look at the lighter side of life, my friend.

Enjoy laughing!
