Most people don’t like the idea of rising up early because it’s very tempting to snuggle up to your warm blanket and hit the snooze button every now and then. With this in mind, I urge you to consider these two scenarios:
A: You’re laying down on your bed and savoring the cold wind. Your eyes are closed and you’re pleasantly hugging the warmth that your blanket is giving you. You’re dreaming you’re a multimillionaire so you never want your dream to end. Your alarm rings -loudly! – at 04:30 am and you instantly hit the snooze button. Fast forward to 07:30 am and you’re drinking coffee, taking a 3-minute bath, wearing mismatched clothes, shouting to your loved ones and running late to your office. BUZZ KILL.
B: You’re laying down on your bed and savoring the cold wind. Your eyes are closed and you’re pleasantly hugging the warmth that your blanket is giving you. You’re dreaming you’re a multimillionaire so you never want your dream to end. Your alarm rings -loudly! – at 04:30 am and you instantly rise from your bed. Fast forward to 07:30 am and you’ve already drank tea, meditated, exercised, worked on your passion, bonded with family over breakfast and taking your time going to your office. HECK YEAH!
If you want scenario A to happen over and over again, this post isn’t for you.
