You should be an OFW who is on vacation, rehired, or returning to the same employer, and with existing record in the POEA database.
If you’re not eligible, you still need to go to a POEA branch to process your OEC for you.
1. Go to the Balik Manggagawa official website.
The website is at https://www.bmonline.ph/
2. Sign up for a new account.
Since you’re a new member, you need to sign up for a new account.
You need to fill out your details, accept the terms of service and click on “Sign Me Up”.
Go open your registered email address and click on the email sent by POEA. Once you click on the link in the email, you’ll be directed to the log-in page.
3. Log in to your BM Account.
Once you have logged in to your Balik-Manggagawa account, you’ll be asked to enter your last issued OEC number.
If you can’t remember your last OEC number because:
– you forgot it;
– you lost it;
– or you’re a new Balik Manggagawa…
…you’ll be redirected to the appointment page.
4. Fill out your pertinent information.
Be sure to prepare your Personal Data, Contract Particulars and Legal Beneficiaries.
Once you’ve saved everything, you’ll be directed to your profile.
Make sure you upload a valid and clear photo of yourself as well!
5. Choose a POEA branch where you’ll have your appointment in.
Have you tried POEA’s Balik-Manggagawa system to get your OEC online yet? How was your experience?
