After clicking the “Generate SS Number” button, you’ll then get your official SSS number! Go to your email which contains the necessary details, and then print them.
Once you have printed it, go to the nearest SSS branch and submit these, together with any of the following IDs:

If you don’t have a birth certificate, any of the following documents will do:

– Driver’s license
– Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) card
– Seaman’s Book (Seafarer’s Identification and Record Book)
